Certified Rink Administrator

The Certified Rink Administrator (CRA) professional designation has been designed to give ice rink administrative professionals the opportunity to achieve a level of recognition in the industry.

To achieve the CRA professional designation with the United States Ice Rink Association, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Successfully complete the HRM, ORM and PMP courses with the United States Ice Rink Association (100% attendance & pass exams).

CRA professional designation maintenance criteria:

  • Individuals who achieve the CRA professional designation must maintain an annual membersip (Individual, Facility or Vendor) with the United States Ice Rink Association to keep their professional designation valid.
