The Certified Rink Administrator (CRA) professional designation has been designed to give ice rink administrative professionals the opportunity to achieve a level of recognition in the industry.
To become a CRA with the United States Ice Rink Association, an individual must meet the following criteria:
- Successfully complete the HRM, ORM and PMP courses with the United States Ice Rink Association (100% attendance & pass exams)
- Be a current member (Individual, Facility or Vendor) of the United States Ice Rink Association
CRA professional designation maintenance criteria:
- CRA's must maintain an annual membership (Individual, Facility or Vendor) with the United States Ice Rink Association to keep their professional designation valid.
